The front desk lady is rude , I called the front desk and that lady sounds rude and not respectful, she should not working at the front desk if she doesn’t know how to talk politely to the customer. Bad services lady!!!! You should work at the kitchen not at the Front desk!!!!!!

The moment I stepped into the office, I felt rushed. I was handed paper work to fill out. When I sat down in the lobby to fill it out, I was immediately escorted to the back. They immediately numbed me while I was still trying to fill out the paperwork. After I was numb the doctor immediately wanted to get the job done. I had ALOT of anxiety about getting my tooth pulled seeing as they were using local anesthesia. There was no compassion there for that. They had an in and out work ethic. I can say that the doctor took all of 5minutes taking my tooth out. I didn’t feel any pain. He did let me know what he was doing while pulling the tooth. The and pain was minimal during healing as well. He is great at what he does! I can honestly say that. Please try to focus on customer compassion. I’ve had alot of surgeries. Nervous wasn’t even the word….

Despite having to get 3 teeth removed, two being wisdom teeth, this was the best dental experience I have ever had. Staff including doctor extremely knowledgeable and personable. I’m on day 3 and my pain is extremely minimal, not to mention he had the entire procedure done in less then 15 minutes. I also forgot my aftercare and the front desk ran it out to my when I pulled up, so nice of them! If you find yourself needing an oral surgeon I cannot recommend this practice enough. 10/10
