I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. I have high anxiety with needles and dentists so I was very nervous for the extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth. I was having extreme pain and called every dentist and oral surgeon around around Rock, Austin and Pflugerville, I scheduled three different “consultations” with places that said on their website they extract teeth just like mine , just to be told I was being referred to another oral surgeon. Every place I called could not see me for at least a week and with the pain I was in I needed help. I called their office on a Saturday hoping that they could maybe get me in on Monday and to my surprise they told me they were going to pull a team together to help me. I was able to get my tooth extracted the same day within 15 minutes. The staff here is absolutely phenomenal. Everyone made me feel comfortable, they explain step by step exactly what they’re doing, I even had a moment when they pulled the needles out where I said I needed a minute to calm myself down and they were extremely respectful and reassuring. I cannot thank these people enough for relieving my pain when they certainly did not have to jump through the hoops they did to treat me on the same day. This team cares about their patients as people which is very hard to find. They all belong in this field of work, and I am beyond thankful to have found them.

The staff at East Austin Oral Sx were so welcoming and great to work with. Dr. Largent set my mind at ease from the moment we met. He explained what he was intending to do and next steps very thoroughly. I also loved the location and the space. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Largent.

Best oral surgeon in the city! My mom needed a wisdom tooth removed and was terrified. Dr. Largent took such great care of her, she still talks about what a great experience it was. He made her laugh and the surgery was painless. Skilled surgeon with a wonderful personality and staff!!!

It hurt a lot! Most oral surgeons know how to apply needles gently. I felt like he was throwing harpoons into my mouth. Yes, I hollered! He told me he was prescribing Tramadol which I’ve had in the past. When I picked up the prescription, it was hydrocodone. It’s given me diarrhea and a headache all day. Great personality. Office staff was welcoming.
